Q: What is a professional organizer?
A: According to the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO),
“Professional Organizers provide information, products and assistance to help others organize
to meet their needs. A professional organizer should guide, encourage and educate clients about
basic principles of organizing by offering support, focus and direction.” Clutter Cowgirl also
happens to be an excellent listener, a diligent worker and a quick-witted partner in clutter-busting crime.

Q: How much does it cost to get organized with Clutter Cowgirl?
A: Hourly and package rates are available. After an initial FREE phone
consultation, Jeni will determine the rate that best fits your project. If you refer a friend
to Clutter Cowgirl and that friend books an appointment, you will be rewarded with one FREE hour
of organizing!

Q: How long will it take to get organized?
A: Each client works at a different pace and each project features its own set
of needs, nooks and crannies. There is no finite way of estimating how long a project will take
and Jeni does not like to guesstimate out of fairness to everyone. Some clients meet for one or two
initial sessions and then decide to work solo with the tools Clutter Cowgirl has taught them. Other
clients enjoy the guidance and skills that accompany one-on-one sessions with Jeni. It’s all a
personal journey!

Q: What supplies should I buy?
A: Our initial session will only require that you purchase heavy duty garbage
bags for any fun purging that we do. Being eco-friendly, Jeni likes to use what is already in
the client’s possession. Many homes and offices already have many functioning supplies that can
be repurposed for a new organizing adventure. That said, new supplies can help tremendously and
we will create a shopping list of organizing products during our first visit together. Assess
first, shop second.

Q: What happens if we need “outside” help?
A: Jeni has made many valuable friends and colleagues along the way and has a
variety of resources at her fingertips. If you need a painter, she’s got a great one. If you
need a cleaning person, she’s got that too. Just ask and you shall receive the very best service
providers for your needs!
